Armour Dance Theatre
Using dance as a vehicle to success, Armour Dance Theatre provides dance training in five locations that serves over 850 students annually, with nearly 600 on scholarship.
Operating a state-of-the-art Mobile Food Market, Caring for Miami weekly serves 175 food insecure households (approx. 800 individuals) at two locations in Homestead targeting the migrant community.
Serving children ages 5 and up with special needs, Friendship Circle’s Form the Circle program annually pairs 150 teenage volunteers with a participant to become their friend and mentor.
Advocating for children who struggle to read, The Lucy Project provides access to evidence-based literacy intervention through professional development for teachers on the Science of Reading.
Providing underprivileged families in Cutler Bay, Homestead and North Miami with diapers and wipes, Miami Diaper Bank serves over 2,000 babies monthly through the operation of a Mobile Diaper Pantry.
Serving youth who have aged-out of foster care, PIT’s Saints House is a live-in transitional program for girls ages 18-23, providing them with mentoring and training from Success Coaches.
Providing services to North Miami’s underserved families, Prosperity Social operates afterschool and summer programming at four sites serving over 325 youth, and a Summer Swim Camp.
Rising Start is dedicated to creating a smooth transition from school life to adulthood and work life for neurodiverse students and young adults (up to age 22), that includes family supports.
